Steven J. Poslajko died from a fast and very aggressive cancer at his home in Troy on May 18, 2010. He was 51 years old. He passed surrounded by his adoring family.
Steve was born August 18, 1958, in Detroit. He loved his work at Chrysler, had an incredible work ethic and took great pride in his work as a precision toolmaker. Steve loved all his dear friends. Some were kids from the old neighborhood, some work pals, some golf buddies, others that just gravitated toward his warm nature and great sense of humor...Steve was the king of one liners.
He adored dogs and his nieces and nephews. Steve was an avid fan of sports. He played hockey, baseball and golf with the passion and competitiveness of a professional athlete. Golf became his favorite and he was really a gifted golfer (he hit two hole in ones in his life). Steve loved classic cars and joked that his best relationship was with his 1968 Dodge Charger.
Steve was a magnificent person, proof that ordinary people can live extraordinary lives. He was loved beyond measure and his friends and family will miss him with all our hearts, every day, until we see him again.

"Renee Shockley, age 52, of Warren, died Friday, August 26, 2011 at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital-Oakland Center.
She was born September 5, 1952 in Detroit the daughter of the late Eugene and the late Dolores (nee: Kucharski).
Renee is survived by her brother, Keith (Flo); aunt, Diane (Bob) Kralik; and her nephew and many cousins.
Visitation for Renee will be held Tuesday 5-9 pm and Wednesday 2-9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). She will lie in state Thursday 9:00 am at St. Mark Catholic Church until the time of the Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Detroit."

RICKY RED JAMES WARDEN, 52, of Almont, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010. He was born March 1, 1958, in
Highland Park, son to John James and Dorothy Margaret (Blonde) Warden. He married Julie Ann Behnke in Lapeer, on
December 19, 1997.
Ricky went to Centerline High School. He was a concrete truck driver-working for Sterling Concrete, Patrico Trucking for
over 17 years. Ricky loved fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Ann Warden of Almont; daughters, Stephanie (Chad) Van Sipe of Metamora, Olivia
Warden of Almont; 2 grandchildren, Ryan and Logan Van Sipe; siblings, Ron (Pat) Warden of Clinton Twp., Gary (Sheryl)
Warden of Dryden, Dawn Shetler of Warren; sister-in-law, Linda Macker of Brown City.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Greg Warden; and his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Great Lakes Cancer Institute of Lapeer, 1295 Barry Drive, Lapeer, MI

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. Pastor Todd D. Smith
officiated. Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Lapeer.
